Polat Law Firm Bodrum was founded in 2021. With more than ten years of professional experience, the law firm provides legal services particularly in the fields of tenancy and real estate law, construction and property disputes, divorce and family law, compensation claims, labor law, criminal law (including cybercrime) and contract law.

In line with the structure of Bodrum, residential and commercial leases, disputes arising from site and apartment management, construction and real estate projects, contracts related to the tourism and service sectors, as well as legal issues faced by domestic and foreign clients, constitute the main areas of practice.

The founder of Polat Law Firm, Lawyer Nurhan Polat, completed her secondary and high school education at Sankt Georg Austrian High School, her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of Istanbul University, and her master’s degree at the Faculty of Law of Galatasaray University. After graduation, she held key positions in leading law firms and companies in Istanbul.

Lawyer Nurhan Polat also provides services in German and English. She is the sole trusted attorney of the Trade Office of the Austrian Consulate General in Bodrum and is additionally listed in the German-speaking lawyers directory of the German Consulate General in Izmir for the Bodrum region.
